The Challenge:

Formally known as Pentz Contracting, Halifax Plumbing & Heating expressed a desire and need for the following:

  1. A need to build their brand through better visuals, communication, and web presence.
  2. A need to develop more brand awareness within the community.
  3. A need to increase their revenue by driving leads through online channels.

The Process:

A detailed strategy session with company owner, and an in-depth analysis of the most successful plumbing companies in the country. Periodic conversations around organizational goals & long term direction of the company.

The Outcome:

  1. A new logo, brand colours, name, and website to position Halifax Plumbing & Heating as the go-too plumbing company within the City of Halifax.
  2. A new facebook page, campaign & contest to drive targeted traffic to the Halifax Plumbing & Heating website, reaching thousands & developing brand awareness.
  3. Search Engine Optimization and Google Search Advertising campaigns, achieving an average clickthrough rate of 4% and top ad ranking within the area.
  4. Combined: 1000% percent return on advertising spend.
